Can’t access “sidebar settings”

Discus and support Can’t access “sidebar settings” in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; when i press the center “X” button the screen only dims. The left side menu does not pop up.     when i press the center “X” button the screen only dims. The left side menu does not pop up. I cannot access settings, and can’t get out of a game back to home screen

    Error Code 0x8000000b

    My xbox displays an error code whenever i try to access anything. I cant even open the sidebar so i have no access to settings and cant fac reset my console. Already tried hard reseting multiple times and still no luck. Any ideas?

    No Sidebar, but the sound is there

    Exactly the same problem here. The sound effect for the sidebar but no sidebar. I tried a two year old work around that involved turning off high contrast in the accessibility tab under settings but it had no effect.

    it's probably the sticky key setting

    Open the Activities overview and start typing Settings.

    Click Settings.

    Click Accessibility in the sidebar to open the dashboard.

    Press Typing Assistance (AccessX) in the Typing section.

    Toggle Sticky Keys to on.

    It should be in the sidebar. Press it and it takes you to the login screen or just go to settings.
