Can't Access Season Pass Downloaded on 3/31

I purchased the call of duty : black ops 3 season pass for my daughter a few months ago . She got all the downloaded content but she can't access it . Says she still needs to purchase season pass ?? I bought three season passes . Three copies of the game
. One for my daughter , step daughter and me . I'm not paying another fifty for a season pass . I will switch us all over to PlayStation 4 .

When I buy the Season Pass on Xbox 360, will I have access to the digital content on Xbox One when I upgrade?

When you buy the Call of Duty: Ghosts Xbox 360 Season Pass in the Xbox Live Marketplace, you will automatically receive access to download the equivalent Xbox One Season Pass on Xbox One, FREE of charge. You simply need to upgrade your game and Season Pass
to the Xbox One version in the Xbox Live Marketplace by May 31, 2014and your content will then be available for download and play on your Xbox One (using the same Xbox Live account).

I also downloaded the new Havoc DLC, and had the AE4 up until 01/31/15.

Now it says I must purchase Season Pass?

My wife and I are having issues and she bought the pass and downloaded the DLC directly from the game menu. She downloaded the Season Pass on our console, the dlc, and the patch, and we still can't use it. The BA tokens are showing for the dlc in the in-game
menus, but there's no mission or location to be found. We tried deleting the season pass, dlc, and patch, and then re-downloaded all 3 and that didn't work. Even in single player, though she bought the season pass, my wife can't access the DLC. We've been
waiting on a patch (patiently) since the DLC launch, but so far we've found nothing that helps. If anyone has any suggestions (other than writing on the GB forums, which I've already done), then please do share!

Yes you can upgrade to the one right away. I bought the season pass today for the 360 and was able to download the map packs onto the 360 and the XBone right away.

You have until May 31, 2014 for the offer to be good. So today I paid $50.00 for the season pass on both consoles after May 31, 2014 my guess would be they would cost $50.00 each.
