Can't access sea of thieves even though I bought it, how do I fix?

I’m reaching out because I’m having a serious issue with my Sea of Thieves game license. I purchased the game outright—not through Game Pass—and have played over 800 hours on it, I even have the achievements and playtime to show in the Xbox app because I can apparently still see those. I uninstalled it a couple of months ago, but when I recently tried to reinstall it, I noticed that it no longer shows up in my Xbox app, Microsoft Store, or library.

I’ve double-checked that I’m logged into the correct Microsoft account. I’ve also reviewed my order history at account.microsoft.com, but the purchase does not appear—even though I’m certain I bought the game (not as part of a Game Pass subscription).

I’ve spoken with multiple support agents across Microsoft and Xbox, but no one has been able to resolve the issue or even locate the license on my account. I’m extremely frustrated at this point and would really appreciate it if someone could help me here or maybe direct me to better support.

I’m asking for a full investigation into my account's license entitlements to determine why Sea of Thieves is no longer showing as owned. I am the original purchaser and would be happy to help with any additional details to verify the purchase (possible dates, devices, activity, etc.).
