    Hello, I have a problem with the saves of ARK. When I play on Xbox I have access to all my local saves but when I run Ark on Windows 10 There is nothing, I have no structures on the map, the game resets itself at each launch...

    Yet when I restart the game on Xbox I can resume my progression.

    When I run the game on Windows 10 there is however a data synchronization but .. nothing

    I play Ark and I had the same problem, the last update wiped peoples data out (bad service). Same for xbox too.

    Since ARK is a Play Anywhere title, it should in theory work.

    Make sure you are using the SAME email on your Windows 10 PC that you also use on your Xbox console (if in doubt check on your Xbox under the settings, then Sign in, security & passkey, check the email under "Show on Home".

    Make sure the same email is shown under the "Your account Information" when you click on the speech bubble under Windows 10 in the lower right corner, go to all settings, and type "Account" in the search bar. Click on "Your Account information and compare
    the email adress there to the address on your console.

    I am having literally the same issue. It says that the world saved (might be because I did the saveworld command), but when I log on it forces me to make a new character. I did that and then went to where I logged off last and found my old character sleeping
    there. So my character is still there, the game just won't let me play as him.

    Are you playing on Steam or Windows store version? Steam won't sync with Xbox.
