    Can't access Profiles/"Who's Watching" menu on Netflix


    This is driving me insane.

    As of today, when trying to sign in to Netflix, it goes straight to a "where would you like to go?" menu, with the options of Kids or Netflix. Going to Netflix just uses the main profile (not mine), and pressing B brings up the menu, but there is no 'change
    profile' setting.

    However, when I sign in on a friend's account (I used to use theirs), it launches straight to the profiles menu.

    I have tried disconnecting, reconnecting, signing out and in, system cache maintenance, redownloading, adding profiles on Netflix, but none of it works.

    Anyone had this problem before?

    Hello Hennessy,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. If the console you are watching Netflix on is the only one, then there is not unless you remove the home console. Basically the person who has home console is allowing all other profiles to have live and
    access their library of games. If you remove this then no other profiles will have access to any of this. You will still be able to use Netflix. However, if they do play the games from the home console profile on different profiles then this wont work due
    to it needs home console set up.

    Agreed!! This is getting old. I'm a Quadriplegic with no hand movement so I depend on the voice commands to gain access to Netflix. Without it I can't watch my movies!

    I'm having the same problem. Two adult and one kids profile. My son uses Netflix the most but now I can't watch my shows.

    How to Sign Out of Netflix on Xbox One?

    While you have Netflix open and running click the Menu button (the old start button), and click Switch User. This will allow you to choose another Gamertag. If you are talking about changing Netflix profiles associated with the Netflix account of the Gamertag,
    you would click the Menu button and select Change Netflix Profile. Hope this helps!
