Discus and support can't access privacy settings in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; Why can't access clubs and broadcast gameplay in privacy settings ?     Can't access privacy settings

    I tried accessing my family settings on xbox one and the page would not load at all. So I went to my adult account and tried accessing it through this account and the same error message occurred. Why can't the adult account access the family setting?

    Hi yes i managed to solved the problem by signing out of the family and back in and out and somehow it ended up working.

    Hi!

    The best option is to double-check your account's Date of Birth by visiting https://account.microsoft.com/profile. Calculate the DOB to the present time and if it makes your account younger than 18, the account is a Child. Otherwise, it's an Adult.

    Only an Adult account has the ability to customize a profile's privacy and online safety settings.
