Cant access privacy settings while I'm not on family group

Unfortunately this is a general problem, the page is down as shown in the following image.

Other people have reported exactly the same thing in other forum threads.

I recommend you wait a couple of days and try to access the page again.

If your account is a minor or is within a family group you will not be able to access the privacy settings page

I'm not sure about Switch privacy/account settings, but if your son's account is linked to your Microsoft Family Group, you can view or edit privacy settings

First, please make sure that your birthdate is correct by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/profile. Once confirmed, sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and manage your settings.

Kindly "Allow" the settings that has an arrow on this screenshot:

I've cleared the cookies, cache, and used it on two other devices, and every time I go to account.xbox.com it gives me a page on privacy settings and how I can't change them because I'm in a family group, and I'm not in a family group.
