cant access personalization

I have checked by logging in from websit,app,microsoft account and every possible way still it wont let me access

if you haven't yet please also try to access it via a browser via:

https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/onedrive/ to see if that will work or not. If that also fails then also check if you can login at the microsoft account itself via for example

https://account.microsoft.com/ and check if all information is correct or if there are any issues shown

Same prob. I cant access to my personal information (account) from my console, can t access to Xbox Live an so on. But my Xbox one is connected to the internet (and I check my Xboxlive membership with my computer).... Prob with the Update ?

Hi G LI Y, if he cant signed into any way (phone, Tablet, pc), then the only way to recover is by calling support, they are the only ones with access to personal info (wlid is personal info) from the gamertag. Of course, they have to verify his identity
first.
