Can't access Next Gen Fifa 21 on Xbox Series S

I can confirm I am experiencing the same problem.

I purchased my Xbox Series S console 2 days ago specifically for the next gen Fifa 22. At first I tested Fifa 21 and the players are very much pixelated, so much so that you can not recognise player faces or details on their shirt like you would have on the previous generation versions.(Game feels unplayable) I also installed a previous non-Series X/S copy of Fifa (Fifa 20) and it looked perfect, much better than the new gen Fifa 21 and Fifa 22.

I have tried all the troubleshooting options from both Microsoft and Samsung (My tv set is a 7 series Samsung).

I set up my PS4 Pro with old gen Fifa 22 next to it and you can clearly see there is a problem with the Series S version, its rather clear.

Hi all, I have the same problem with the Series S. I play on a monitor with 144Hz and 1440p. It makes no difference if I set 1080P or 4k, or if 60Hz and 120Hz. I had the problem with Fifa 21 Next Gen, the Old Gen ran great. With Fifa 22 again the problem. I also have the Xbox only for Fifa, but I'm thinking about canceling the order and selling my console, so it's no fun.

I have the same problem on Series S next gen…FIFA 22 = FIFA 06… 80€ for this game?????

You are saying fifa21 next gen version was fine on series s but u can check it now because fifa21 next gen version still looks bad on series s since then it released so many people had problem on fifa21 next gen version i am saying this because if we didnt find the problem we cant fix this . There is so many example for fifa21 version problem on ea forum and fifa22-21 next gen versions had similar problem.
