    Can't access my Xbox series X


    I need help big time

    It's been a couple months since I last turned the series X on.

    Today I started it up, and I was instructed to type in my password, (don't recall having to do this before.

    I typed in my MS Community password and pressed the middle button at the center of the controller, (looks like an open box with an upward pointing arrow) .

    From there no matter what I pressed after that to access my splinter cell game it brought me back to the password sign in again.

    We may need to perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below before trying to sign in again.
