Can’t access my Xbox live or Microsoft account

Hello. I had an Xbox one that I traded into GameStop recently and I forgot to logout of my Xbox live account. I purchased an Xbox series S which was working fine at first. I then proceeded to get locked out of my account. I’ve tried to do the form to recover my account several times, but it doesn’t work. On the form it asks what system i use the most and the system ID however there is only an option for my previous Xbox one, and no option for the series S making it impossible to complete the form accurately. I do not have access to my old phone number on the account. I tried getting into contact with support, but I can’t get a live person. When I mashed to get someone live by going through disability, they were unable to help me gain access to my account as well as Xbox support eas only able to cancel my subscription. This has happened to me before and I had a number to call someone and they helped me gain access again. Does anyone know a higher up number who I can call to help me get my account back? Or any other way for me to gain access to my account? I have a lot of games and progress on there I don’t want to lose. I only use my Microsoft account for my Xbox as well. Please help. Thank you.

Why are Microsoft unable to send recovery details to the email address associated with the account?

Also if it can’t be recovered how do I cancel the Xbox Live subscription because I can’t cancel it via the Xbox or accessing the account

To access your Xbox Live account and other Microsoft services, you need to know the email address and password you used to set up your Microsoft account. Xbox Support can’t provide this information, even if you know your gamertag.

How do I request account takeover? I can’t login to my original Microsoft and on xbox support you have to login for them to help you.
