cant access my xbox account

Hello thank you for the reply I have done this forum many times I have the information of debit card used for purchases on my account home adress and all that but It keeps saying not the right info when in fact I know it is do I'm really unsure where to go from here I have lost access to my old phone number still have the same email adress.

All I can suggest is to keep trying the recovery form, that is the only possibility of recovering your account.

wont work because i cant access any online settings without connecting to xbox live and i cant connect to xbox live without accepting the terms and conditions.
