Can’t access my Xbox account

I’ve called numerous times each time is without account access they can’t help me. Of course we can’t gain recovery of account so they can’t access anything without the codes they send. So back to my bank to ask them to take it further now. I’m fuming they’re quick to stop access to accounts but don’t stop subscriptions knowing full well you can’t use the account! Disgusting tbh.

my xbox one doesn’t have a friends list either. all my friends are gone, can’t even access my account on the xbox or on the xbox app

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Im still having the same issue. If anyone finds an answer that worked please let me know. This will probable come up saying im which is my old gamer tag that I changed to Its BCG over 2 years ago on the same account.
