Can't access my xbox account settings.

Hi, I recently bought minecraft dungeons with my windows account, wich I guess made it also function as an xbox account. The game runs fine but does not let me play online giving me a privilege error. From reading some fora I found out it could be caused
by xbox account settings, but all the links to the settings page seem to bring me to the same useless information page instead: "support.xbox.com/help/family-online-safety" One other weird thing is that when I got the game and logged in with my microsoft account
information I already had an xbox profile that I didnt name myself. So unless xbox assigns random profile names someone might have tried to make an account under my email before tho I didnt see any activity on my feed so wouldnt know why anyone would.

Hope this is the right place to post about this issue. I can't find a bug report page anywhere. Thanks for your time,

I can't even visit account.xbox.com, as it automatically redirects me to beta.support.xbox.com

If you log into account.xbox.com and then choose Privacy and Online settings in the left sidebar, what happens?

Hello I am long time xbox user I was permenemly suspended and when I went to appeal I was admittedly declined for appeal and now couple years after that to this day i feel as my ban was unjustified andcwondering if ther was any way to appeal my suspention
