Ok i will try to contact my phone provider to see if i can get access to my old number, but is there an option to cancel my subscription without access to account?

The goal of this "security verification" is certainly to let the owner of a pirated account obtaining back his rights on the account, btw it's not the case

As i initated myself the process, i entered a new phone number for the two-step verification, by that (and because my old number don't exist anymore, i tried to call it and asked my phone provider to be sure if i can have it back and they say no) i'll have
anyway the access to the account in one month (as it was the only thing to log-in, having a key on the phone number), which is stupid, waiting a month or not, same result

The only thing is that now i'm losing my 14 trial days on my xbox account, and that i can't access to my mail until the 13/08

i have the gamertag but no access to phone number that was tied to the account as the phone was lost/stolen at movie theater. Bank has been contacted to stop charges. New card with new number is being issued. the old card that was tied to the account for
the purchase of anything expired so I can't fill out the form because I dont know the expiration date and the year doesn't go back that far anymore...only to last year or 2018 at least.
