Can't Access My Second Xbox 360 Account On a Same Email

I suddenly had a crave to play Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare, problem is, it is on an another account which I no longer have access to due to it being on the same email. This problem became prominent a while ago, but I decided to act on it now since
I really want to play it. Anyways, the billing profile was on the same email, however, I am unable to add that profile back to my Xbox 360 because all it comes up with is my main account. I don't exactly recall why I needed to use another account to buy Garden
Warfare (I'm pretty sure it had something to do with parental permission or something), or how I lost that account from the Xbox as I stated before, this problem came around a while ago but recently I've been wanting to play on my Xbox. Any help on how to
recover that account would be helpful, if nothing can be done please say so.

2 gamertags on one email? Help

So I'm quite sure I've got two gamertags(accounts?) on one email. However I can't find a way to login to the Xbox app by using any specific gamertag. It only asks for my email which gives me access to only one of my two accounts. How can I access my second
account if it's on the same email? Can I change which account should be linked to the email or something like that?`Activate or deactivate them. Thanks

You can't sign into multiple Xbox's at the same time with the same account. I haven't tried Netflix on any of my consoles, but if the Netflix account is seperate from your Live account, it shouldn't be an issue. You woud simply create a second Gold account
on the second Xbox 360 to access the app and re-install your Netflix account information.

Sorry to hear it. You were lucky to access the account originally because normally you are not allowed to have two accounts on the same email. What you should do is log in to
https://account.microsoft.com to change the email for your main account. This should free up the second for you to access on your current email.

If this is not the case and you have forgotten the email for the other account then you'll need to call phone support. So long as you can answer some account specific questions they'll give you the email for that account. The number for North America is

Thank you for your support. I have changed the email on my account to another, however, no account apparently exists with my main email. The problem is, I am 95% sure that they were on the same email. I will give Phone Support a shot, is there an Australian
line or is the North American one the only one available?
