    cant access my perks on pc.


    I cant access my perks on pc for some reason, i specifically want to access my discord nitro perk. i can find it on mobile but i cant find it on pc, im unable to use it on mobile and it says that i have to claim it on pc or xbox, i do have a pc but i cant
    see my perks on it.

    yes i do have game pass ultimate, i contacted support before i asked here, they helped me find my perks on mobile but i cant use them. how do i use them/find my perks on pc?

    Paid for xcloud gamepass ultimate and been playing for 2 days but now it says I need to subscribe.

    What is the point of reporting it as nothing seems to be getting done. This has been ongoing for at least 12 months it seems from a quick search around the net. If you are going to offer things as perks then customers should be able to actually access them.

    As for using your phone, this is not possible for many of the perks as it asks to do so only on PC or Xbox. At the moment my console is in for repair so I am trying to access via the Xbox app on PC but as mentioned its pointless as it never works.

    i still can not get any other perks in the perks list on Console, PC and Android. except for the overcooked 2 dlc.
    Can you goto the feedback hub link I put in my original post and try and add your details so they can troubleshoot?

    tried to, but it said. "Your account doesn't have access to this feedback"

    i can claim the game perks but cant claim other perks like disney+ and crunchyroll through my phone.Have you got any idea?
