can't access my Minecraft account because of Microsoft account

Based on your description, it seems you have logged in to a different Microsoft account from the original Microsoft account you had migrated with your Minecraft. Your Minecraft account must have migrated to the original Microsoft account email address where it was first created.

In order to fix this, you will need to find the Microsoft account where your Minecraft was migrated and where your Minecraft game license was purchased.

Kindly sign in to all of your Microsoft email accounts on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you purchased your Minecraft game.

From there, check if you have any Minecraft transactions. If you have found the transactions, use the same Microsoft account to log in to Minecraft Launcher.

If you're unable to find the Minecraft game transaction, check your other Microsoft email accounts' order history.

Here's how to contact Xbox Support:

"Chat Support:

> Visit the Xbox Support website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us/
> Click on the "Contact Us" button in the right of the screen.
> Select the issue you need help with and click on the "Next" option.
> Sign in to your Microsoft account.
> Follow the prompts to connect to a live chat agent.

For Callback Support:

> Select Xbox One
> Select See more options then subscription changes
> Select Show Contact options
> Select Request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

i don't have other microsoft accounts and before this issue i played minecraft using this account as far as i remember. my order history is empty, but probably it is so because i purchased minecraft before migration

i have an email from mojang confirming the purchase with transaction id in it and another email confirming successful migration

is there a way to send these to microsoft as a proof of ownership so they can help me?

Ok, so as it turns out, Minecraft for Windows was bought on a different Microsoft account but everything on Minecraft is linked to the account that can't buy it. Is there a way to link the purchases between the two? Because when opening it with the launcher it will not allow access because I have a different account logged in on the Microsoft store.
