    Can't access my microsoft account in Xbox


    Hi, first i'm beyond disgusted that i can't call someone to fix this. i have been going round in circles for 3hrs trying to figure this out. Is this what my subscription fee affords me in terms of support for an issue that i can't do anything about? My xbox will not log into my microsoft account. i think multiple accounts may be getting mixed up somewhere behind the scenes. I can log in on the computer. Can someone please direct this to someone who can help?

    I’m having the same issue as well. When I try and sign in (even if it lets me complete the process) the window will just close and I still won’t be signed in. Tried on my phone and was able to sign in (my Xbox even said sign in successful) yet still wasn’t signed in.

    I'm sorry about that and unfortunately, we can't do much other than recommending that you fill out the account recovery form. I would also try to retrieve the old number linked to the account.

    Anyone got any info on this one? Still locked out of my xbox account. Seem to be able to access it on pc from microsoft account. When i log in on xbox it tells me about information cellection but won't log me in or progress. Can't play games or access youtube.
