Can't Access my Game Pass Account but still Paying.

When did you last successfully sign in to your Microsoft account? If you have not logged into your account for more than two years and it has been closed due to inactivity, you will not be able to use the Account Recovery Form to recover your account. Did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account? If you do have the 2FA active, are you able to access the second factor of authentication? Microsoft takes account security very seriously, that's why Account Recovery is an automated process with no human influence. If you don't have the correct information, you may not be able to get through account verification using the Recovery Form.

The Account Recovery Form requires adequate information to prove that you are the owner of the account. The Account Recovery Process can be a time consuming process, but providing as much info as possible from the start of the process will increase the possibility of being verified by the automated process. You'll need to keep trying until you're verified by Microsoft.

Is there any chance to delete this account to create a new one with the same email and pay the Game Pass again? I still have no response, I can't use my Xbox.

No. I have set Home to my account. But for one, I can't access Game Pass Ultimate since it says the "join" option instead of the download option. And also, I can't access the sales or free games. So this is confusing me. Should I talk with an Xbox Employee
later, because if that was the case, I would still have access to Game Pass Ult. till June.

he will still be able to play anything from the game pass, however, he can't download directly from the Xbox game pass page as only the account owner can have this access. instead, you need to have installed the game via your account to enable him to access
any games on game pass

I don't believe so. The games seem to be licensed to your account when you pay for the game pass service. If you stop paying for the service, you lose access to the game unless you purchase the actual game. It will still be downloaded to your PC but you
won't actually be able to play.

That's my understanding of how it works.
