    Can’t access my full game library


    Whenever i go into my Full Library i’m constantly greeted with the “check back in a little bit were having trouble getting your stuff right now”. Why does this happen and how do i access my games or is this along with the tons of other issues this console
    has just something i’ll have to put up with?

    Can’t access my full game library

    Hello Starman4521,

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little bit more information to make sure we provide the correct solution. Are you using the Xbox One or an Xbox 360? If you are using the Xbox One, we recommend

    power cycling the console     by holding down the power button on the console. If this does not resolve the issue, we suggest

    removing and adding the account     back to the console. Be sure to let us know the results

    Full Library is what it says, everything you have access to

    My Games and Apps will only show installed items

    I’ve tried all of these steps again and unfortunately didn’t work still can’t see any games. Full library just gives me the “try again” option.

    I have tried to redeem a code on the Xbox console but when I clicked the ‘A’ button to confirm the code nothing happened! Then tried to redeem it online to be told that it had already been redeemed!

    I redeemed it on his Xbox. Currently in the Full Library and Owned Games but can’t see anything there other than the Fortnite and Roblox apps
