Can't access my account

I have a Microsoft account linked to my Xbox one. [Mod removed-Personal information]. I can't for the life of me figure out how to access it from my PC. It is actively logged in on my Xbox, and it's linked to all my games, several of which
I paid for digitally.

I forgot my login info, and no longer have access to the email set to recovery. Attempts to recover it get rejected by the automated system despite filling out every field on the form. Says they cannot confirm I own it or whatever.

This is incredibly frustrating because it's sitting in my damn living room, linked to my credit card info, and I can't access the account elsewhere because I botched the recovery email.

Is there anything at all I can do? Even the phone system keeps rejecting me because it's "having issues"

Again if none of this helps contact are support team with details that your the rightful owner of the account.

Unfortunately, a customer support advocate will not be able to help you beyond what you can do for yourself in the form. To protect your account and its content, advocates are not allowed to change account details or
send password reset links. They would only be able to walk you through the form. We recommend that you try again, up to two times per day. You may find more information or have remembered something that will help.

Since you are an Xbox user, the section of the form that asks for Xbox Live and console information is very important to get the form approved. If you have an Xbox console,
you will be asked to provide the hardware ID of a console that you’ve used frequently. Make sure you get the ID from a console you use a lot. If you recently bought a new one, try to get the hardware ID from your old console. Here’s how you can get that information:

For Xbox One, use the Xbox Live device ID.
For Xbox 360, use the Console ID.
