    Cant access my account because it is locked.


    When i try to sign in a message appear to me that my account is locked, (Your account has been locked We've detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Services Agreement and have locked your account. How to appeal this and unlock your account Choose Next and we'll send a verification code to your phone. After you enter the code, you can get back into your account.) When i write my phone number, this message appear (Try another verification method That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method.) and from then its just a loop i don't have any other method. What i have to do now?
    FYI, I only created it new and then i got locked without any reason.

    Also i don't care about the account i just want to cancel my xbox subscription and i can't because i can't access my account.

    I cant do either. You need the account access to be able to login to unlock. If I could do that this issue would be resolved. The account was not locked because of me or anything I did. Problem still lies in the fact that the number acossiated with the account is the wrong number and the AI wont allow a proper password reset due yo someone else hacking/locking me out of my account. I know my password. This helps nothing.

    ofc i have to use one of my guest accounts to post this because you cant even let a locked account to log in on your website. absolutely livid.

    Sorry if you cant access that main email address you wont be able to change it. It will send corresponding emails to that account and if your locked out you wont be able to access them.
