    Can't access music or games after an update


    Tjere is a black X located on the corner of the icon. The stpre shows that i have installed the apps but they no longer work. how do i get to my music again!?

    I also need access to the early access forums. I can't update apps or games after downloading the Xbox One New Experience update. I've tried power cycling, deleting/redownloading apps/games. Nothing helps.

    We unable to confirm media usage rights for this content!!!

    If these were songs you downloaded with the Xbox Music Pass, then this is by design. You can't continue to access those songs after your Music Pass expires.

    Have you done any troubleshooting already, to try and resolve this problem?

    If so, what have you done?

    Do you get any error codes/error messages when you try and play the games again?

    Are you able to re download the Music App or the content back onto your Xbox 360?

    Please pist back with your results

    Can not sign in to xbox music on my laptop since 10/01/13

    ok I have fixed my problem.........I had a back log of updates on my laptop so restart your laptop/PC/Tablet to install the updates then after that you should be able to access xbox music......turns out one of the updates was FOR Xbox music

    Have you done any troubleshooting already, to try and resolve this problem?
