    Can't access multiplayer or community features in certain games.


    When trying to access multiplayer or community features in the games Saints Row IV, Call of Duty Black Ops and Black Ops II, I get a message saying that I have to sign in to Xbox Live and when I try to sign in, another message tells me that my connection
    to Xbox Live was lost. Non of the other games that I play, have this problem.

    Question about suspension end date

    Had a suspension end on June 15th, but I am still unable to send messages or access certain multiplayer features in games. If there is still an active suspension wouldn't it show up on the enforcement site?

    Sorry to hear you're having connection troubles with the games you mentioned. Since this began, have you tried redownloading your profile to see if there's any change? To re-download your profile, press the Xbox button and select the option to download a profile,
    then enter your Xbox Live sign-in information.

    Thanks for replying. Although I didn't try re-downloading my profile, I was able to fix my problem by clearing my cache while trying to fix a separate problem, the games I had trouble with re-updated and I was able to play online again.

    Thatsbecauze it only supports certain features usually non ranked matches and only certain games usualy what you buy it with

    Trial cards dont make you actual gold only gives you temporary andnlimited multiplayer access

    The only difference between Xbox live and PSN-

    Xbox Live has to be payed in order to access all of its features, online features and third party apps.

    PSN is free but also has a payed service which is completely Optional, you can still access all of its features and its online features without a Plus account except for a few certain multiplayer games on the PS4 in which will require PSN+

    The multiplayer online is the same on both companies consoles 360 - PS3, XBONE - PS4.

    The only difference there is no party chat for PS3.
