Can't access multiplayer because of non-existing parent account

Thanks for letting us know you were able to get to the settings. It most likely was a bug or glitch preventing this.

have you tried heading to Settings > Account >Content Restrictions. And make sure its set to Unrestricted if no child restrictions are needed.

I could't find the settings you were talking about but while trying I got magically gt access to the multiplayer settings. I don't know if a microsoft technician fixed it or it was just a bug but hey, I can finally enjoj my game. Thank you very much for

You have to set your profile as main. If you have multiple profiles can make conflict
