Cant access Minecraft

I am able to log into my Microsoft account. I have a receipt there that shows I have purchased Minecraft.

But when I try to log in there is not Minecraft. It just askes me to if I want to buy it.

When I try to log into Minecraft.net it does not recognize my outlook account (Microsoft account)

When I log into micraft.net thru my Microsoft account my Gamer Id shows but not Minecraft...again they want me to buy it.

I have tired migrating but I cannot as when I log in it does not recognize my outlook email address which is my Microsoft account.

I tried to reset my password when trying to log in but I never get a reset link. It a big old circle of annoyance!!

Any ideas? m

Let me provide some resources to help but please keep in mind the following items:

Mojang is aware of the account issues that users are experiencing and have made several resources to help
Minecraft.net should only recognize your Minecraft account, if you have already performed the migration then it won't recognize it.
Mojang has taken on the of primary support for these account migration issues

I cant access my worlds for minecraft for two weeks now. Tried syncing that doesnt work.

yeah so you see the problem is my parents dont have a microsoft account that i know of so i might just ask them to make one. anyway thank you

Yes, that is the problem. If you're still a minor an adult need to manage your account and privacy settings.

Please ask your parents or an adult to add you as a member by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/family and once you're added as a member they will then sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings to manage your settings so you can play multiplayer games.
