cant access minecraft online

I understand you're having trouble accessing Minecraft multiplayer on your kids' accounts.

There are a few things you can try to fix the problem:

Check that your children's accounts are set up correctly for multiplayer. To do this, go to Settings > Profile. Make sure Multiplayer is turned on.

I cant access my worlds for minecraft for two weeks now. Tried syncing that doesnt work.

Went to the websit nothing was wrong with my settings and still i cant play minecraft online
