Can't access Microsoft Jigsaw

I spoke with a support person who was very nice and attempted to help, but he was unable to determine why it wasn't working. I kept trying every day to see if it worked, and deleted and reinstalled it a couple of times. On day 15, it opened, even though
I hadn't done any interventions in the several days before that. It worked perfectly for two days. Today, it appeared that it had stopped again. When it stops, I usually leave in open to that startup page for a while, and in the past, it was still stalled
even after several hours. When I came back to it today after about 10 minutes, the app had opened. When I clicked on Daily Challenges, it didn't open at first, but after about 30 second it opened, and the specific game opened without any delay. All of the
other games I use (the four Solitaire games, Word Games, and Mahjong) work perfectly and I have never had an issue of them not opening. Just Jigsaw.

Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.

This week, in Microsoft Jigsaw, I've lost access to all my previously purchased Jigsaw Classic Games. How do I restore them? I am a Premium Member.

The solution above DOES NOT WORK..

I also can NOT upgrade for Premium for Microsoft Jigsaw.

I seen it happen in the past too so I gave up trying to fix it .

I was able to purchase 1 month last month but now that it expired.. I CAN NOT extend it or get Premium access.

At this moment.. Microsoft Jigsaw is GARBAGE and needs better support or a fix from Microsoft.
