    Can't access Microsoft Account for my Xbox.


    My Xbox One just broke down and I replaced it with an S. When I went to log in, I realized I never updated my old phone number for verification. I have my Gamertag, Game Pass and I thought my outlook email which I only used for my Xbox. But it is all for not due to the old phone number. I have tried the recovery form to no avail. I don't want to lose 5 yrs of gaming and I don't know what else to do. Thank you in advance for any assistance. Peter K.

    I’m having the same issue as well. When I try and sign in (even if it lets me complete the process) the window will just close and I still won’t be signed in. Tried on my phone and was able to sign in (my Xbox even said sign in successful) yet still wasn’t signed in.

    I'm sorry about that and unfortunately, we can't do much other than recommending that you fill out the account recovery form. I would also try to retrieve the old number linked to the account.
