    Every time I search the game up on the website and try to download the 360 gwg, it still is not free even though I am gold. I was able to get the Xbox one gwg.

    Xbox live gold issue.

    We have a similar issue. Can't access free games on website at all. Can get the Xbox one free games on console. Can't access 360 free games.

    Can't dowload annything. Credit card info couldn't be retrieved.

    I have started getting exactly the same message. I never have and never will register my CC with Microsoft. XBOne GWG can be bought and downloaded fine but 360 GWG Free games I get this error. I know you can't (and never have been able to) 'purchase'
    360 GWG via the website so I always boot up my 360 just to purchase them. Now I can't even get them via my 360! It has effectively halved the GWG I can get with my Gold subscription.

    What gives Microsoft!?

    You aren't gold

    If you are using a 48hour trial or 14day trial those don't count

    They only give you temporary multilplayer access

    You need actual paid gold

    If you are sharing gold wit home gold only the primary account can use the website

    That makes no sense. I am using 2day trial but I was able to get two Xbox one gwg online. Just not 360

    I've seen a few people say they've been able to get the One games for free with a trial, but trials do not change your account status to gold. So you shouldn't be able to get the free games with a trial.

    Why only 2 day trial? With a credit card, once you create an account everyone gets 1 month free (just need to immediately turn off auto-renew):

    support.xbox.com/.../trial-gold-membership

    With a free 1 month 'trial' (it's not really a trial, it's full Xbox Live) you can get all 360/One Games With Gold.

    ...Anyway - I'm getting status code 807B0190 when trying to 'purchase' for free the 'Hand of Fate' GWG One game via the 360 dashboard. I've cleared my HDD cache and deleted the Marketplace data via storage>system items.

    I also can't get it working via the website through the 360's IE app - although that might be due to the website being too immense for Microsoft's own console. The website gives my phone an error message too, such is its awesomeness. I managed to get 'Sacred
    Citadel' though - the graphics look like they were finger-painted by special needs children.

    I create a new account. That should have given me gold. Still, the 360 games on the website are not free...

    Swmutches I'm guessing it's cause they are using the home share which shares the gold on the xbox one since they are gold on the xbox one they can make the purchase of xbox one gwg but since home gold doesn't apply outside of xbox one

    The gold doesn't carry over onto the website

    There's no promotion or anything that I know of where you get those particular games by upgrading to Xbox One.

    All of the games you listed were GWG at some point (up to 2 years ago). Did you redeem those Xbox One titles through the Microsoft desktop website while they were free? That would be a way to redeem Xbox One GWG titles if you only had an Xbox 360. Also,
    Xbox One GWG titles are only accessible in your library while your Gold subscription is active (as opposed to Xbox 360 GWG, which remain playable regardless of your Gold status).

    Can't receive xbox360 games from "games with gold"

    A trial will give temporary access to the GwG games on the Xbox One but you will lose access to them as soon as your trial runs out.

    360 games that are offered will require a full membership in order to download them. Unlike the One, 360 GwG games are yours to keep regardless of your membership status.

    In xbox 360 doesnt ask for credit card, but in xbox one or in the website you will need a credit card to buy any xbox 360 game, even the ones in GWG.
