Can't access Games with Gold

Hey, there.

It's been a couple of days that I can't access Games with Gold through the home page of my Xbox One.

I've tried to power cycle it, clear the alternate wired MAC address and restore it without loosing my apps/games, but the still no access.

When I try, all I get is:

"Try that again.

Page could not be loaded. Please try again.

Code: 0x80131500

CV: LTJPaietCk+7p9xK"

I found many ways to fix it, but now success for me.

Does anyone have any other solution?

Guess I forgot to reply to you, sorry.

Firstly I cleaned Alternate MAC address with no success.

Secondly, I tried power cycle. The store came back to normal (I wasn't accessing it neither).

Then, I tried to restore the Xbox without loosing my games (though, it didn't really work, because I had to download everything again).

I've checked my connection, checked my subscription, but all this seem to be working normally.

I couldn't find any update too.

I guess so. I tend to desinstal all games after completing them. Anyway, I'll try a hard reset and try again, without the games installed.

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

Is the issue trying to access them on the console to download? Have you tried selecting them through the website?
