    Can't access Games With Gold despite being Gold Member


    Hello,

    Anyone else has this problem? Whenever I tried to access the Games With Gold, I only get a "There was a a problem accessing this page" or something similar. No error code or anything. It's been so for two weeks. I live in Stockholm, Sweden.

    When testing the Xbox Live Service everything is fine, NAT Open etc.

    im a Gold member but on the website i can't access the gold feature with xbox live rewards gold features or messaging xbox friends from the site

    Many thanks to everyone who has assisted ; I have now managed to access the gold games with your help and now appear to be a gold member!!

    Now my second question if anyone can help..

    I have tried to access other apparent perks of being a gold member ie national geographic tv channel for children and Netflix; Am I right in thinking that these are not free and need to be subscribed to even as a gold member

    Thanks for posting about the issues you are experiencing. This sounds like an account and/or billing issue could potentially be the cause. We are unable to assist with account issues here on the forums so you would want to reach out to phone support via
    the Contact Us page for further assistance. It is possible that the support agent may have to remove Xbox Live Gold from your accounts and re-add it.

    @Cryzz00 - Your account is not reflecting Xbox Live Gold status here on the forums so please double check that you do have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription.

    Does Xbox Live Gold make games cheaper?

    Having xbox live gold doesnt necessarily makes games cheaper. Occasionally there will be offers for games that are exclysive to gold members. The main benefits to being gold, is online Multiplayer and access to entertainment apps.

    Hi there! Sorry, but as part of the benefits of Gold, you have access to apps, but if you're not Gold, you will have to purchase a Gold subscription because apps are again, part of the benefits of being a Gold member. :)
