    Can't access games bought online with xbox live


    I bought a 2nd xbox for my youngest son, I'm logged on, and it says I've got an xbox live gold subscription, but when I try to play an installed game that was bought online it says I need an xbox live subscription. So we can't play games I've bought on
    this box, how can I fix this? Currently its a very expensive white box we can't play on...

    Yes, although its my son's I've set it up with my account details, and subscriptions, so its just me signing in, he uses my account as he's too young for his own. I've also changed this console so it is my home one.

    What else can I try?

    technically, since Pakistan is not supported you can't play online or access xbox live and buy games on the store.

    I was able to reach out to live chat after selecting my region correctly and it turned out that the reason i can't access online is because pc gamepass only gives you the games and you need an xbox live subscription to access online on most of these games.
