Can't access Forza Motorsport 7 Ultimate Edition since delisting?

Like all games featuring external IP, there is a clock running on your ability to buy things. With sports games it's almost never worth the time of the publisher to renew the license, and permanent buyouts are extremely cost prohibitive. Games aren't like movies, very few people are playing Atari 2600 games compared to those watching Star Wars

You don't know what kind of royalty packages or restrictions are attached to their licenses, this is very possible that they would have to pay the car manufacturer for every single person that was gifted it

I own the game, just not the dlc. Darn, I can't buy the rest of the game anymore? I thought they'd just gift the owners of the standard edition rather than just make it impossible to purchase the cars anymore 🙁
