Can't access enforcement case review page to provide info

Hi,

I write this on behalf of a friend.

He currently has an xbox enforcement against him and started a case review to find out what's going on.

He got an email notification a few days ago that the enforcement team

needs more info from him regarding the case. So he tried to access the

case review page since then, but he can't.

The email just states that the enforcement team needs more info from him

and only provides a link to the case history page within the email,

with no further details. The email itself says he can't reply directly

to it, because the sender address itself is not monitored.

So he always lands on the enforcement history page, sees the active

enforcement listed there in the state "under review", with a green box

to the right labelled "info needed" with a exclamation mark. But

clicking this green button always drops him back to main enforcement

page, where the only clickable link is, as you can guess, the

enforcement history.

So the only way to contact the enforcement team is by using the case

review page, but because the link on it does not work he can't even

inform them that he can't reach them because there are no other ways to

contact them. It's a catch 22!

He is now seriously afraid that there is some kind of deadline for

reacting to answer requests before the case might be closed

automatically.

He already tried several browsers (IE, edge, firefox...) on different PCs to reach the page, to no avail.

He already contacted the Xbox support about it.

They told him they will look into it but cannot reach the enforcement

team itself, and that he should also post this issue here in the support

forums. Since he can't do it himself because of the enforcement, they

told him to ask a friend to do it.

Thanks for that info. If you feel the account still has active enforcement action, any info on that would be available

here . We're afraid if you're not seeing the option for a case review, it means you're not eligible. We're separate than the Xbox Enforcement Team and unable to provide more info on enforcement action.

Unfortunately, Xbox Policy & Enforcement issues are not handled on the Xbox Forums. In addition, Xbox Support is not able to provide nor view information related to enforcement issues. I would highly suggest that you attempt to complete a "Case for Review" this
way you have the ability for the case to be re-investigated and chat with a team member on the Xbox Policy & Enforcement Team.

Enforcement website Support is not able to provide insight or alterations to any Enforcement action.



If you are looking for more info on a suspension we suggest reading up on the

This info will provide explanations as to why an account may have been suspended and what each type of suspension means and which are eligible for a case review.



Keep in mind that all suspensions are granted after an investigation into the account and are never handed out just for being reported.
