    Communication ban

    It says my ban has been lifted but I can't access any of the communication features. Please help.

    Account unsuspended but still can't access

    This week I was unsuspended from online and communication. Dispite this I still can't access messaging, looking for group stuff and game & party chat.

    Have you tried any one of these three things yet - sending an email to
    *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, tweeting them directly at @XboxAmbassadors, or send an Xbox Live message to Xbox Ambassadors?

    No one in the forums will be able to respond, and those are be the best ways to contact them for more information.

    I'm not sure "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***" is a real email address, but I'm trying to DM the Ambassador Twitter account, so we'll see how that goes. Thanks for the help.

    Well ambassadorship does lapse if you aren't active that's with any service. You would have to reapply

    I would LOVE to Re-Apply. But, that's the point of this thread. I can't. I've tried every link, button and stick. Anything with community.xbox.com re-directs me to this page. I can't even access the Ambassador Chat, I had to log onto a different account
    just to use the chat feature.

    yes but we can't do anything for you on Microsoft community as we are a community forum we can't issue refunds or access any info,
