Can't access anything on console because of forced update and no Wi-Fi help?

Unfortunately, it may not be possible to bypass the update and play offline without first connecting to the internet.

One possible solution is to connect your console to a mobile hotspot or a wired Ethernet connection to download the necessary update. Alternatively, you may be able to obtain the update files on a separate device with internet access, transfer them to a USB drive, and install the update on your console manually.

If you're still unable to access your Xbox console after attempting these solutions, you may need to contact Xbox Support for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or help you with an exchange or repair if necessary.

I can't access to wi-fi settings. When i'm trying to do that i got message to connect an external wi-fi adapter. I tried to clear cache from hdd(it is one of the options in support FAQ) - no effect. It may be a hardware problem, but as far as i remember
this problem came with the last software update.

It could be that the latest update introduced a small bug on the console's Wi-Fi. Let's check if by doing some simple procedures, you might get your console connected to the internet again.

Follow these steps:

1. With the console on, press and hold the Xbox button on the console itself until it shuts off.

2. Unplug it from the wall for 30 seconds.

3. Connect it to wall again.

4. Turn it on.

5. Check if the issue has been resolved.

If your console still can't detect your Wi-Fi extender, check if you can change the Wireless channel to channels between 5-10, because it could be that your console isn't detecting your Wi-Fi given that it is on a unsupported channel (this has happened to me before on a different console).

And if after trying all of those steps you still can't get your console connected to your Wi-Fi, then it would be recommended to contact the Xbox Support, to report this bug.

You went in to Gamestop to troubleshoot and they did exactly what, to troubleshoot your issue?

Did they connect your console to their network, to try and update the system?

Regarding your hotel's Wi-Fi network, do you need to authenticate with username/password, using your computer, to be able to access your hotel's Wi-Fi network and the Internet-at-large?

Remove the Wi-Fi to your Xbox and start with the data of your console to overcome those, this in the case that they have not been updated to the data of the cloud that you hardly updated, check, you don't lose anything
