    Can’t access account


    I’ve made a new account to ask this. I have an account elcapitone88 is my gamer tag and my email is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. I don’t have access to this email address anymore at all. I can’t sign in because it keeps telling me my password is incorrect. I can’t get Xbox webchat or call back because I CANT LOG IN!!!!!! I am being charged $16.99 a month for something I can’t use! I can’t cancel it because I CANT SIGN IN!!!!! Everywhere I look leads me to sign in…..I CANT SIGN IN!!!!!!!!!!! Please help! I’m going crazy.

    Cannot recover account to cancel subscription

    I’ve called numerous times each time is without account access they can’t help me. Of course we can’t gain recovery of account so they can’t access anything without the codes they send. So back to my bank to ask them to take it further now. I’m fuming they’re quick to stop access to accounts but don’t stop subscriptions knowing full well you can’t use the account! Disgusting tbh.

    Thanks for the help but the problem is I don’t have access to the emails that now owns my Microsoft accounts as I got hacked meaning I can’t access the hackers email to get my account back therefore can’t cancel the subscription and it’s not letting me dispute the last Microsoft subscription????

    Also if it can’t be recovered how do I cancel the Xbox Live subscription because I can’t cancel it via the Xbox or accessing the account
