Can't access account email

Hello,

My name is Jacob and I recently purchased Destiny 2 deluxe edition. Now I was supposed to receive a beta code but was unable to retrieve it since I am not able to access the email on the account. We have since cancelled our service with cox.net and that
is the reason. I do however have access to the alias email if the code could be sent through there! Thank you for all your help I talked to Ryan B. Who has sent in the case already! Thank you hope to hear from you soon!

Changing my windows live ID associated with my Gamertag.

If you faked the email account, it's something that can't be fixed.

An account requires a valid email, and if you can't access that email, you can't fix any problem.

Forgot email and password but I have proof I own the account..

Ok so a few months ago since I basically gave up had a couple of problems with my account I had since 09 I believe and the time I made it I used a different email even to now I do not know the password or the email so when I went to switch emails it basically locked me out from the account I can still play if I disconnect the internet but I cannot even get access to it online would the live team be able to assist me with this problem I have credit card proof and everything

If you preordered the game digitally, you won't receive a code. You will automatically have access to the beta once it is released.

If you preordered it as a physical disc, you would need to contact the retailer you purchased it from for assistance with the code.

No. As I have exampled above, account recovery is not possible under any circumstance, because the email was changed. The above process requires access to your account. If you can't access your account, you can't change the email back.

if the primary email address is a Microsoft account (Outlook, Live, Hotmail) it can't be removed as this will close the email account permanently and it will no longer be accessible.
