    Can't access a game I bought


    A while ago on my Xbox one I bought Subnautica Below Zero, and after I switched to PC it was one of my only games, whatever I got over it, but now after I uninstalled it to make room for another game, I go back go the store because I see it's not in my library and it's giving me payment options rather than showing the install button, as if I don't own it?

    I think I added it as a trusted device the right way, it shows up in my account's devices, but I still don't have Subnautica, and even worse I lost every paid DLC I had for Destiny 2, I had all but one and now they're all gone, despite me keeping my game progress and items I gained from those DLCs

    What options do i have? My account has been permanently suspended by Microsoft. When i applied for unblocking I got this reply....

    Also note that this in this account I have bought a lot of xbox games. Due to suspension i can't access them.....
