Can´t acces to bingo game

The xbox has no data on it, no accounts, no games and no apps doesn,t that mean that it is removed from the insider, if not is there a way i can remove it without the accounts that was on it, because the original owner does not have acces to his anymore.

hello, i didn„t formulate the question that well at that time. So in short my microsoft account got deleted( idk how) and all my things got deleted or i don„t have acces. And i made a brand new microsoft account using the same email and it worked. but i don„t have acces to any of my bought games(minecraft, minecraft dungeons etc) and my minecraft account used the old microsoft account and because of that even if i have the same email as the old account, i don„t have acces to log into my mincraft account . And i wonder how to get my minecraft account back

Don´t give another way to change my acc to this live id?

I also tried it one time, also get Acces Denied. I tried a few times but it doesn`t work.

Hey, thanks for helping me. Unfortunately i never had a mojang acc. i simplely tried it with the Microsoft acc i always had.



also i can´t create one anymore. i have only got the option to create a new Microsoft acc at minecraft.net.
