    Hello, so recently I started playing sea of thieves and I cant hear other crews but I can hear my own so I searched for a solution for this and I found one that requires accessing the Xbox privacy & online safety and when I try to open Privacy & online safety from this page https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/online-safety/manage-app-privacy-settings-xbox-one it just puts me back on the same page i tried this hundred of times even with other accounts and other browsers and it wont work

    please help me with this problem

    Is your account a child account and you're trying to acces the privacy settings from there?
