    You can try reaching Microsoft support to see if something can be done
    But I can’t guarantee that they can bypass this
    Usually that age verification is a legal requirement in Korea and can’t be bypassed due to that

    My son redeemed a code and the funds are cleary there but can’t buy anything.

    Xbox just states that there isnt an option.

    You should check your family settings via settings.

    It could be due to age restrictons.
