    Cannot view or change Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety Settings


    I have just purchased Minecraft Java edition with my Microsoft account. When I try to play multiplayer it says I need to enable it in my account.

    When I go into my Xbox account settings and select "Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety" I get the message

    We were unable to load your settings at this time. Please try again later.

    I am in a family group as one of two adults and a child.

    This is very frustrating, as my child wants to play on a server and I need to supervise them.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Have you attempted to change the privacy & online safety settings by using a different browser or device? The article entitled, "Troubleshoot
    changing online safety or privacy settings on Xbox One    " contains information on how to change the privacy & online safety settings through a browser. This also applies for Windows 10. Once you access the settings, you will see an option that states, "Xbox
    One/Windows 10..." Be sure to let us know the results!
