    Hello,

    I open this site: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

    Then, I select "All" and "All available". But there is a problem, that the list does not load more entries when scrolling down.

    I see that this list mechanism uses some 'continuationToken' to load next entries, but I see this token is not updated, so the list is not updated too.

    Please help, as I can't view all my orders for details.

    How do I remove a follower from my Xbox Profile after I have blocked them?

    What I meant is that we cannot remove these followers from the list even when they are being blocked but they can no longer view your profile. I also blocked some followers but they are still showing as following.

    • Is this on Xbox One or on Xbox 360?
    • Do you have a stable internet connection?
    • Have you checked your
      order history       to make sure the purchase was completed?
    • What steps have you tried to get access to Xbox Live?

    Missing game

    Hello Lavastump, Have you checked your full library of games to see if it needs to be installed again? If it's not in your full library I would follow the steps below.
    1. To view your purchases, press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
    2. Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing.
    3. Select Order history to view your purchases.
    If you locate the game in your purchase history but not in your ready to install you somehow lost the license and will need to call customer support for help with that issue.

    The 3 dots are on the top right of the Microsoft Store app, but that won't list all console purchases. Unfortunately, the website that did list all purchases for redownload on the console was shut down for some unknown reason. You can view your order history at http://account.microsoft.com, but typically older purchases from the 360 do not show there and can only be viewed through the download history on the console.
