    I cannot view my recent 7 day communication ban I understand the enforcement site has been having some issues I was wondering if there was any way to find out when it’s fixed so I can appeal the ban

    Ban and actions

    To view enforcement action taken against your account go
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/     and sign in. From there you can view what enforcement actions were taken against your account.

    Unfortunately bans, suspensions, and other enforcement actions cannot be dealt with via the forums or through Xbox Support. The only way to view anything related to enforcement actions is on the Enforcement Website. When someone gets banned/suspended, they
    forfeit all rights to their account as per the Terms of Service you have to agree to when creating an account on Xbox Live. So called "permanent" bans cannot be overturned by case reviews, however, you should still have them log-in and find out on the Enforcement
    Website if one is available for their enforcement action. http://enforcement.xbox.com

    They should also take a look at the Community Standards for future references. https://www.xbox.com/en-US/legal/community-standards

    Enforcement Action you cant view...

    There is currently an issue with the enforcement page, where you cannot see why you were suspended/banned. Microsoft are working on a fix. Until then, there is nothing you can do, but wait.
