Cannot view custom gamerpics.

Okay I don't know why I'm not getting a response, but it's gotta be something on the server because I am not seeing custom gamer pictures on my pc xbox.com website profile either.

Is there any way to tell what server my gamer profile data is stored on?

I just checked enforcement xbox.com all is good there. So I dont know what the heck happened yesterday.

Hello, thank you for the fast response. But that did not work. As I mentioned that the problem also falls on my tablets with the Xbox app running and also on the Xbox console so resetting the console didn't help because obviously the problem is not on the consoles end. If it was then why am I getting it on both the tablets at the same time as the xbox console?

I compared my settings with another xbox friend on my friend list that has NO problem viewing custom gamer pics from everybody else. Our settings are identical.

So I think that's why I'm not getting any responses because the problem is on the Xbox servers end. Am I correct to believe that?

I appreciate any response from any Xbox Live Support Agent?

Could it be a setting in the privacy or security section that would cause this? I looked at them in nothing seems to be changed but I'm wondering if it just doesn't show it??

According to the explanation you have provided, please make sure to follow the following steps in order to fix your issue.

Troubleshoot issues in the Xbox app on mobile | Xbox Support

The following troubleshooting step will help you clear out your MAC address:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

Another step that you can try to resolve the issue, would be to remove and re-add your account. In order to do that please go to: settings> account> remove accounts> remove your account.

You could also try this troubleshooting step to clear any corrupted data from your device:

1- Go to settings on your Xbox

2- Select system

3-Select storage

4- Clear local saved games and your console will automatically restart

Note: When doing this step please make sure that you always play online so that all your data is saved to the cloud

The next step will be for you to try and use the headset on different controllers and consoles to confirm it is not an issue with the headset itself.

In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.
