Cannot verify my account

Hi all

I’m really hoping one of you can help.

I recently typed my password in wrong twice and now I need to verify my account, the problem is I set this account up 9 years ago and my second contact details no longer exists and no way of getting them to be re-activated.

I have filled out the account recovery form 7 times and every time It gets rejected.

I also have spoke to Microsoft themselves but they are about as helpful as a chocolate tea pot.

I have given them my last 4 digits of my credit card, expiry date, postcode, xbox ID number and still I fail.

Please tell me there is a way of getting my account back as I’m at a loose end here

Also on the verification screen, at the bottom of the verification options is an option that says i don't have any of this, that should take you to a form to modify your contact information

Hello Clément, I am sorry for what happened to your child's account, and as you have already completed the account recovery form but were unsuccessful, in this case you should contact Xbox Customer Service and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

However the ATO is a similar procedure to the online form, but done by a Microsoft agent, it will need as much information as possible for you to do the procedure.
