    dear microsoft support team

    my xbox account has been suspended or something like that, and now i need to verify my age. When trying to log in it gives me the error code 0x8015DC0C, and https://support.xbox.com/de-DE/help/errors/error-code-0x8015DC0C told me to go to https://aka.ms/XboxAgeVerification , but this link doesnt work. after some more research i found out that i think i am listed as a child on the xbox servers, even though i am 37. Is there any other way to verify my age?

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your account due to incorrect age. If you are an adult but have the wrong birth date on the account, you need to change the account information as if you were a child.

    Sign in to your Microsoft account, as if you were a child

    Select Learn more about parent/guardian consent at the bottom of the information prompt.

    On the next screen, click Update account information .

    If prompted, enter your name and click Update .

    Next, you will see the screen to update your date of birth.

    you have to contact Support and verify your age and that you own the account.

    You cannot change the age after the initial account creation.

    Unfortunately, in Korea, you must sign in with your Korean ID. If you do not have one, there is no work around. (Except using a buddies as you stated originally.)
